Orders are confirmed only after payment is received. Ready-to-wear stock is reserved during checkout for a limited time and released if payment is not completed.

Bespoke and made-to-order pieces are produced based on the measurements, brief, and approvals supplied by the client. Timelines vary by complexity, fabric availability, fittings, and delivery method.

Prices, delivery fees, and product availability may change before payment is completed. The final checkout total shown before payment is the amount charged.

If an order requires clarification, Odayhan may contact the customer before production or fulfilment.
